The hotel offers a convenient location with a resort feel, great for walking through Old Town. The rooms lacked privacy curtains and felt insecure from outside access. The staff were very friendly but too persistent with early door knockings before checkout. The dining experience was below expectations. The hotel's small size made breakfast chaotic, and options were not accommodating for food sensitivities.

Rooms

The rooms lacked privacy curtains which made them very bright when the sun comes up. Security felt compromised with easy outside access to the halls.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and updated, with useful amenities like a fridge and microwave. However, the room tended to get a bit too warm, making me sweat at times. The service was very courteous and helpful, although there were some issues with the bed and air conditioning. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to Old Town attractions. The dining options were good, but there is room for improvement. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the positive experience.

6.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room wasn't as expected, and additional hidden fees were charged after our departure, leaving us disappointed and sleepless. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and the location was great for exploring Old Town. However, the outdated facilities and lack of accommodation for food sensitivities were major letdowns.

Rooms
5.0
The room we received was not prepared adequately with a king size bed plus an additional bed. Unfortunately, it was situated on a busy corner, leading to a lack of sleep and overall discontent. Rates at this property should definitely be lower considering the experience.
Service
6.0
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. While they asked me to wait until the manager was available, there was an instance of rudeness encountered. It's a shame because the service could have been a strong point during our stay.
Location
7.0
The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Old Town, but it should be noted that it's pretty small, which can make the complimentary breakfast chaotic. Despite being away from the Gaslamp Quarter, it's still convenient for restaurants.
Dining
5.0
The dining options at the hotel unfortunately lacked accommodation for food sensitivities, which I consider essential for guest satisfaction. On a more positive note, the selection was more varied than expected, offering a decent mix of hot and cold foods.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities at the hotel are outdated, and there is room for improvement, making me reconsider staying here in the future.
